I have used Debra for all my real estate transactions. If you want a house sold quick, use her. Wow, we didn't expect such a quick buyer! Two days! She had estimated around 3 months since our house was located waaaay out in the country, 33 acres, a pool and a 6 ft fish tank in the wall. We had to live in a duplex until our house was finished. She told me to take one of my favorite things off the counter top and to buy some cushions for the patio set and put some color out there.
